Is there a connection between violence and obesity in kids? In a new study from the journal Obesity Reviews, researchers looked into whether violence against children could be related to obesity. They did this by reviewing 36 earlier studies involving sexually and physically abused youngsters, as well as bullied kids.

Kids who are the victim of violence may feel angry, stressed, and depressed, and they may overeat to deal with their emotions.
