Kids and Anxiety

Kids who have a greater chance of developing anxiety problems may be able to lower their risk with a few family therapy sessions. When parents have anxiety disorders, their children appear to be more likely to develop an anxiety disorder, too. But with a little preventive effort- kids may be able to avoid this issue.
