Autism – ESDM Therapy
In a study of intensive early intervention, researchers worked with 48 autistic toddlers between the ages of 18 and 30-months. The children received either an approach known as Early Start Denver Model…or community intervention. The preschoolers receiving ESDM improved on standardized tests, language skills and social behavior.
